1. Email current IEP and MEEGS to Clair Bartley at PTIschool2012@gmail.com to confirm intent to enroll

3. Lindsey Nicole Henry Scholarship (You will need to submit an acceptance letter from PTI)
4. Opportunity Scholarship Fund (You will need to submit tax forms and an acceptance letter from PTI) (opens April 15)
5. Parental Choice Tax Credit (You will need to submit tax forms and have an enrollment verification from PTI)
6. Demographics survey (optional)- for grants and scholarships
